No. The prices on this page are one-time.
Are there other costs?
Possibly. Some states or counties charge separate fees, such as a notary for certain documents or a recording fee when a home is moved into a trust. Those go to the state or notary, not to Grapevine, and they vary by location.
Does the price include legal advice?
No. Grapevine is not a law firm. We provide document preparation tools and general information, not legal advice.
What if my situation is complicated?
If you own a business, have a blended family, or expect a large estate, talk to a licensed attorney in your state before you decide. A lawyer’s advice may be worth more than the price of any document here.
